While we make every effort to accommodate same-day requests, please note that availability may vary, especially on high-demand days.   • Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment/repair?
    We understand that plans can change. We aim to make the cancellation process straightforward and customer-friendly: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, providing a 2-hour notice ensures no charges. Less than 2-Hour Notice: Canceling with less than 2 hours' notice incurs a cancellation fee equal to the diagnostic fee. Home Access Issues: If we can't access the home upon arrival or are turned away, a cancellation fee equal to the diagnostic fee is applied. Agreed Repair and Parts Order: If you agreed to a repair and we've ordered parts, the cancellation fee is 28% of the total repair cost plus diagnostic cost (if the diagnostic fee hasn’t been paid). Electronic Parts: If your appliance requires electronic parts (e.g., a control board) and we've ordered them, these parts are non-refundable, and the full amount will be charged.
  • How long does a typical diagnostic and repair take?
    The diagnostic time varies depending on the appliance type and the specific issue at hand. Generally, diagnostics take up to an hour. Common repairs are often completed within the same timeframe; however, it's important to note that every case is unique. Your technician will provide you with more detailed information based on the diagnostic results, ensuring you're informed and confident in the repair process.

    While we don't offer real-time tracking, our technicians enhance your experience by sending a text with the approximate time of arrival when departing from the previous customer. This ensures you are informed and prepared, making the service process more convenient for you.

    Upon approving a repair, a payment of 50% of the quoted amount is required.

All our work comes with a 12-month warranty, and we exclusively utilize OEM (genuine manufacturers parts) sourced from our trusted partner suppliers.     We stand behind our service and parts with a comprehensive warranty: 30-Day Diagnostics Warranty: Within the initial 30 days, you won't be charged for diagnostic services for the same appliance, even if additional problems arise. Additional diagnoses during this period are provided free of charge. 12-Month Parts Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty for the parts installed by us, ensuring their satisfactory performance under normal usage conditions. No Warranty on Non-Replaced Parts: Parts not replaced by Utah Appliance Experts Inc. are not covered by our warranty. Any additional repairs involving components other than those installed will incur separate charges. Technician-Exclusive Service: This warranty will be void if the appliance is serviced by anyone other than our technicians. Exclusion for Spoiled or Damaged Items: Please note that the warranty doesn’t cover any spoiled or damaged food, clothing, or other items before, during, or after our appliance servicing, aiming to prevent inconvenience due to downtime.
