Utah Appliance Experts is looking for appliance repair technician trainees and for experienced appliance repair technicians to join our team.We are a locally owned and operated business and we are looking for hard, honest workers.

​

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient repair, installations and maintenance, off all major appliances.

​

We do repair services on all major residential and commercial appliances : Refrigerators, Washers and Dryers, Electric Stoves, Ranges, Ovens, Microwaves, Dishwashers,Trash compactor and else.

​

Requirements: 

​

  • Experience in major appliance repair is a plus, but not required. i

  • Experience in refrigerator repair is a plus, but not required.

  • Previous experience working on major brands including LG, Samsung, Sub-Zero, Viking, True is a plus, but not required.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Maintaining high-quality customer service

  • Valid Driver's License with clean record

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check/drug screening

  • EPA certification or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire

  • Ability to use a tablet/smartphone

  • Ability to work with our service platform

  • The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.

  • Tools for work or ability to purchase tools within 90 days of hire.

Specific Responsibilities: 

​

  • Accurately diagnose and repair appliances in the customer's home

  • Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed

  • Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required

  • Install appliances in the customer's home

​
